Who can take part
- Your glioblastoma must be IDH-wildtype and MGMT unmethylated
- You must be 18 to 70 years old and able to give informed consent
- Your recovery labs must meet minimum levels (white blood cells, platelets, and hemoglobin) and your liver/kidney blood tests must be within limits
- Your urine protein results must be low enough (or the urine protein-to-creatinine ratio must be low if dipstick is higher)
- Your blood pressure must be controlled on medication (not higher than 150/100 while on treatment)
- You must be able to have MRI scans
