Who can take part

  • You have extensive-stage small cell lung cancer confirmed by tissue or cell testing
  • Your cancer has grown during or after 1st or 2nd chemotherapy, and your first treatment included a platinum drug
  • Your doctors can measure or otherwise track your cancer for the study
  • You have NOT had trilaciclib or topotecan before for small cell lung cancer
  • You have not had other cancer treatments in the last 3 weeks (with limited exceptions)
  • You do not have brain metastases that need urgent radiation or steroid treatment
