Who can take part

  • You must be 18 years or older.
  • You must have a confirmed diagnosis of extensive-stage small cell lung cancer (stage IV or too large for radiation).
  • You must not have received any previous systemic treatment for extensive-stage disease.
  • You must have at least one tumor that can be measured on a scan.
  • You must be in good overall health with normal blood counts, kidney, and liver function.
  • You must not have active autoimmune disease or an allergy to any of the study drugs.
