Study of a c-MET drug for advanced solid tumors

Who can take part

  • You are at least 19 years old and can give informed consent
  • Your advanced solid tumor has a confirmed c-MET change from tumor testing (NGS and/or other required lab confirmation), and it is not NSCLC with c-MET exon 14 skipping
  • Your cancer has gotten worse after standard treatment, or there is no standard treatment option for you
  • You have at least one measurable or evaluable tumor spot on scans, and your body function tests are strong enough (blood counts, liver, kidneys)
  • You can eat, you’re expected to live at least 90 days, and your heart rhythm test (QTcF) is within the allowed range
