  • You have advanced cancer (solid tumor) that has spread or come back, and standard treatments are no longer an option.
  • Your cancer has a specific MET gene change (like METex14 mutation or MET amplification) shown by a blood or tissue test.
  • You are in good enough health to carry out daily activities (ECOG score of 0 or 1).
  • You have adequate blood, liver, and kidney function based on blood tests.
  • You have not had certain cancer treatments too recently before starting this trial (e.g., no MET-targeted pills within 7 days).
