Who can take part
- You’re at least 22 years old.
- You have an advanced or end-stage illness with an expected lifespan of 12 weeks to 2 years.

- You agree not to drive or operate machines for 24 hours after you receive LSD.
- You complete an “Emergency Medical Directive” (a document for urgent care instructions).
