Who can take part
- Be 18 years or older and have a confirmed diagnosis of recurrent or metastatic salivary gland cancer (secretory gland cancer or similar types).
- Your cancer can’t be cured with surgery or radiation, and you have measurable tumors on scans.
- Be able to do normal daily activities fairly well (ECOG performance status 0 or 1).
- Recent blood counts and organ function must meet minimum levels (hemoglobin, neutrophils, platelets, kidney function, and liver tests).
- If you can become pregnant or you have a partner who can become pregnant, you must use two reliable birth-control methods during treatment and for 90 days after the last dose.
