Who can take part
- You must be 18 or older and able to sign consent
- You must have a diagnosis of arrhythmogenic cardiomyopathy (ACM)
- You must have a PKP2 gene change that is “pathogenic” or “likely pathogenic” and truncating (cut short)
- You must have had an implanted defibrillator (ICD) for at least 6 months
- Your 24-hour heart monitor should show at least 500 PVCs (extra heartbeats)
- Your heart pumping strength should be at least 50% (left ventricle ejection fraction)
