Who can take part

  • You must have a confirmed PKP2 gene mutation (the kind that causes ARVC).
  • You must have a diagnosis of ARVC based on the 2010 Task Force Criteria.
  • Your heart's left ventricle must pump at least 50% of the blood out (called LVEF ≥50%).
  • You must have an implantable cardiac defibrillator (ICD) that can send data to your doctor, and it must have been in place for at least 9 months.
  • You must be in NYHA heart failure class I, II, or III (meaning you can be active with some limits).
  • You must have frequent premature ventricular contractions (PVCs) as measured by your doctor.
