Study of CRD-4730 for CPVT (rare heart rhythm disorder)

Catecholaminergic Polymorphic Ventricular Tachycardia

Who can take part

  • You must be 18 years or older.
  • You have a confirmed diagnosis of CPVT (a rare heart rhythm condition) with a known genetic cause (RYR2 mutation).
  • You can do a treadmill or bike test that shows frequent extra heartbeats (at least 10 per minute) or a certain heart rhythm pattern.
  • You are on a stable dose of at least one heart medication (like a beta blocker, but not amiodarone) for at least 4 weeks before the study starts.
  • You do not have other serious heart problems (like heart failure, blocked arteries, or a recent heart attack or stroke).
  • You are willing to follow contraceptive rules if you are able to have children.
