Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 80 years old, and weigh 45–160 kg (99–353 lb).
- You were diagnosed with lung sarcoidosis at least 6 months ago, and other causes were ruled out.
- Your breathing symptom score shows some shortness of breath (mMRC score of 1 or higher).
- You are currently on prednisone (or similar) at 7.5–25 mg per day, and your plan allows tapering per the study team.
- You have been on one background “controller” medicine for sarcoidosis for at least 3 months at a stable dose for 4 weeks.
- At screening, your COVID-19 test is negative, and you can follow the study rules (including consent).
