Who can take part
- You have breast cancer that is locally advanced or has spread (metastatic), and it can’t be fully removed with surgery to cure it.
- Your tumor tests must show HER2-positive cancer and a PIK3CA mutation, confirmed by a central lab test.
- Your health and daily activity are good (ECOG 0 or 1).
- Your heart pumping strength is adequate (left ventricular ejection fraction at least 50%).
- You received non-hormone cancer treatment before, and the cancer came back 6 months or more after that treatment ended.
- Your blood and other organ tests are adequate enough for study treatment.
