Who can take part

  • You have a full-thickness rotator cuff tear that can be repaired by bringing the tendon back with minimal tension
  • Your MRI and X-rays are available to confirm the tear type and rule out other causes of pain
  • You tried non-surgical treatment first (about 4–6 weeks of physical therapy and/or guided exercises, plus activity changes)
  • You can attend all follow-up visits and do the post-surgery physical therapy plan
  • You agree to take part in the study and sign the consent form
