Who can take part
- You are a woman age 19 or older
- Your cancer has spread to the internal mammary and/or supraclavicular lymph nodes (not far-away organs)
- You have finished neoadjuvant chemotherapy (chemo given before surgery)
- Your invasive breast cancer was confirmed by pathology, and you had breast-conserving surgery or a mastectomy
- Your general ability to do daily activities is good (score 0 to 2)
- You have not had any radiation therapy to the chest before
