Who can take part
- Be 18 to 65 years old
- Have a confirmed diagnosis of nasopharyngeal cancer (from biopsy/pathology)
- Have cancer that is mostly metastatic or has returned, and isn’t suitable for cure with local treatment (or it returned at least 6 months after a radical treatment)
- Have not had any prior cancer medicines that work throughout the body (no prior systemic treatment)
- Be well enough to do daily activities (ECOG performance status 0 or 1)
- Have at least one measurable tumor spot on scans (RECIST 1.1 criteria)
