PD-1 treatment plus radiation for limited metastatic nasopharyngeal cancer

Who can take part
- You are 18 to 70 years old and can take part in study visits and treatments
- Your nasopharyngeal cancer is confirmed to have spread (metastatic nonkeratinizing NPC), and it is stage IVb
- You have not had any prior anti-cancer treatment for nasopharyngeal cancer before this trial starts
- After about 3 months of local neck radiation, your scans show partial response or stable disease, and the cancer is limited to 5 or fewer total spots (and no more than 3 in one organ)
- All metastatic spots can be treated with stereotactic body radiotherapy, and the biggest spot size is limited (brain ≤ 3 cm; other sites ≤ 5 cm, with bone up to 6 cm if the doctor feels it is safe)
- You have strong enough overall health (ECOG 0–1) and your expected lifespan is more than 6 months
