Combination therapy for recurrent nasopharyngeal cancer
Treatments studied
Part of Cancer, Ear, nose & throat, Mouth & dental clinical trials.
This trial tests a combination of three drugs (MRG003, capecitabine, and a PD-1 inhibitor) for nasopharyngeal cancer that has come back only in the same area. The goal is to see if this combination can shrink the tumor and prevent it from coming back.

This trial tests a combination of two types of radiation therapy (standard SBRT and low-dose radiation) along with chemotherapy and an immunotherapy drug (PD-1 antibody) for people whose nasopharyngeal cancer has come back or spread. The goal is to see if this combination can better control the cancer.
This trial studies whether adding an anti–PD-1 immunotherapy to standard chemoradiotherapy can control nasopharyngeal cancer that has come back in the local area. It may help patients live longer or have the cancer respond better compared with chemoradiotherapy alone.
This trial tests a combination of three drugs (chidamide, toripalimab, and anlotinib) for nasopharyngeal cancer that has come back or spread after a previous treatment. It may be an option if you have already tried immunotherapy for at least 6 months and your disease was controlled.
This trial studies whether gemcitabine plus camrelizumab plus apatinib works better than cisplatin alone for people with recurrent or metastatic non-keratinizing nasopharyngeal cancer. It’s meant for people who haven’t had prior whole-body (systemic) treatment for the returning/spreading cancer.
This trial tests a combination of two drugs—tislelizumab (an immunotherapy that helps your immune system fight cancer) and capecitabine (a chemo pill taken daily)—as maintenance therapy after initial chemotherapy for high-risk nasopharyngeal cancer. The goal is to see if this approach can lower the chance of cancer coming back.
This trial tests a combination of MRG003 (a targeted drug) plus immunotherapy for people with nasopharyngeal cancer that has spread or come back and cannot be removed with surgery or radiation. The goal is to see if this combination helps control the cancer.
