Who can take part

  • You have nasal polyps on both sides (confirmed by nasal exam and/or past CT scan)
  • You had nasal polyp surgery at least once in the past 10 years
  • Your symptoms are severe and match a need for surgery (blocked nose and other symptoms for at least 12 weeks)
  • You’ve been using an intranasal steroid (nose spray or steroid rinses) for at least 4 weeks
  • You have at least two common long-lasting sinus/nasal symptoms (like blockage, discharge, facial pain/pressure, or worse sense of smell)
  • You don’t have major conditions that can change eligibility (such as cystic fibrosis or certain rare immune diseases)
