Who can take part

  • You must sign an informed consent form before starting the study.
  • You are between 18 and 80 years old.
  • Your care team thinks you can follow the study plan.
  • You are starting or already on a biologic treatment as standard care.
  • You either meet criteria for severe allergic or eosinophilic asthma, OR you have CRSwNP (with or without asthma) and qualify for insurance reimbursement of a biologic.
