Who can take part

  • You can be up to slightly limited in daily function (ECOG 0–2).
  • Your cancer is a rare solid tumor type confirmed by pathology (biopsy/surgery), such as melanoma, sarcoma, head-and-neck, gynecologic tumors, Merkel cell, thymic carcinoma, GIST, or urothelial cancer.
  • Your scans show limited-spread disease (oligometastatic/oligorecurrent/oligoprogressive). All active lesions you have must be treated with curative intent.
  • The plan must include SBRT to each active spot with an ablative dose at least 50Gy (EQD2) given in up to 10 sessions.
  • You have not had radiation to the same metastatic spot before, and you can sign informed consent.
  • Your doctors do not consider SBRT unsafe for you (no SBRT contraindications).
