This study is for people with solid tumors that have spread to a few spots (5 or fewer) in the body. It tests whether using a focused treatment like radiation or ablation on those spots can help control the cancer long-term.

Who can take part
- You must have a solid tumor cancer (not a blood cancer) that has spread to other parts of the body (Stage IV).
- You should be in relatively good health, able to care for yourself (ECOG score 0-2), and your doctor expects you to live more than 6 months.
- You must have a recent scan (PET-CT, CT, or MRI) within 6 weeks of joining the study.
- You must have 5 or fewer spots of cancer that can be treated with a focused, high-dose therapy like radiation or ablation. (If more than 5, they must be close together.)
- The main tumor must be under control, or you must be planning to treat it with the same local therapy.
- You cannot be pregnant, and you must not have cancer that has spread in a way that can’t be treated locally (like in the fluid around the lungs).
