Who can take part
- You are 18 years old or older.
- You have a solid cancer that has spread to only 1 to 5 spots, each between 1 and 5 cm in size, and all those spots can be treated with high-dose radiation (SBRT) within two weeks.
- You have not had chemotherapy, immunotherapy, targeted therapy, or other major cancer treatments in the last 4 weeks.
- You have good blood counts, including a lymphocyte count of at least 800 per cubic millimeter.
- You do not have brain metastases, rapidly progressing disease, or other serious health conditions that would interfere with the study.
