Who can take part
- You are an adult (age 18–70) and are female with metastatic breast cancer
- Your tumor tests show ER and/or PR are positive, and HER2 is “low”
- Your cancer can’t be cured with surgery or radiation, and you have measurable disease or bone-only lytic metastases
- You’ve already received endocrine (hormone) therapy, and you’re currently well enough for treatment
- Recent blood, liver, kidney, and heart test results are within allowed limits
- You have no recent major chemotherapy/radiation/immunotherapy and no major surgery right before starting
