Who can take part
- You have HER2-low breast cancer (IHC 1+ or IHC 2+ without gene amplification).
- Your cancer is hormone receptor-positive (at least 1% of cells have estrogen or progesterone receptors).
- Your tumor is at least 2 cm in size and has spread to 1-3 lymph nodes, or is larger than 5 cm with or without lymph node involvement.
- You have not had any prior chemotherapy, hormone therapy, or targeted therapy for breast cancer.
- You are able to undergo surgery to remove the breast cancer after the study treatment.
- You are 18 or older, in good overall health, and willing to follow the study plan.
