Who can take part

  • You are 18 years or older.
  • You are planning to get CAR T-cell therapy for DLBCL (axicabtagene ciloleucel or lisocabtagene maraleucel) and you are not receiving steroid prevention for CRS/ICANS.
  • Your DLBCL has come back or did not respond after at least one prior standard treatment.
  • Your heart, kidney, liver, and blood counts meet study thresholds (including adequate kidney function, safe heart pumping, and minimum blood counts).
  • Your lymphoma must be measurable on scans, and your general health is good enough (ECOG 0 to 1).
  • You can sign consent (or your legal representative can), and you follow birth-control rules if you can become pregnant or if you are a male participant.
