CAR T cells targeting CD20 and CD19 for B-cell cancers

B-cell Non Hodgkin Lymphoma

Part of Blood & lymphatic, Cancer, Immune system & allergy clinical trials.

This trial tests a new type of CAR T-cell therapy that targets two proteins (CD20 and CD19) on cancer cells. It is for people with B-cell cancers like lymphoma or leukemia that have come back or not responded to other treatments.

CAR T-cell treatment for hard-to-treat B-cell lymphomas

This trial studies a type of lab-made immune cell therapy (CAR T) using cells called CAR-20/19-T. It is for adults with relapsed or refractory B-cell cancers, aiming to reduce or eliminate lymphoma in people whose disease has come back or not responded to standard treatments.

CAR T cells targeting CD19 and CD20 for relapsed B-cell cancers

This trial tests a new type of CAR T-cell therapy that targets two markers (CD19 and CD20) on B-cell cancer cells. It is for people whose B-cell leukemia or lymphoma has come back or not responded to standard treatments.

NCT06002659Recruiting· Phase 1/Phase 2
CAR T therapy targeting CD20 for B-cell lymphoma

This study tests a new type of CAR T cell therapy that targets the CD20 protein on B-cell lymphoma cells. It is for people with certain types of B-cell lymphoma that have not responded to at least two previous treatments and who cannot use or have already tried the approved CD19 CAR T therapy.

NCT06879262Not yet recruiting· Early Phase 1
CAR-T cells targeting CD19 and CD22 for B-cell cancers

This study tests a new type of CAR-T cell therapy that targets two proteins (CD19 and CD22) on cancer cells. It is for people with B-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia or non-Hodgkin's lymphoma that has come back or did not respond to previous treatments.

NCT04283006Recruiting· Early Phase 1
CAR T-cell treatment for hard-to-treat B-cell blood cancers

This early-phase trial tests a special kind of immune cell treatment (CAR T cells) that targets CD20 and CD22 in people with relapsed or refractory B-cell cancers. It may help by attacking cancer cells that survived prior treatments, but it is still being studied for safety and early effectiveness.
