Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 70 years old.
  • You have been diagnosed with multiple sclerosis, neuromyelitis optica, myasthenia gravis, lupus, systemic sclerosis, or immune-mediated necrotizing myopathy for at least 6 months.
  • Standard treatments have not worked well for you.
  • Your bone marrow, blood clotting, heart, lungs, liver, and kidneys are working well enough.
  • You do not have active infections like hepatitis B or C, HIV, or certain other viruses.
  • You have not had a previous treatment with CAR-T cells or gene-modified T cells.
