Who can take part
- You must be 18 years or older.
- You must be able to take care of yourself (getting around, doing light work) – this is called an ECOG score of 0 or 1.
- Your cancer must be advanced (has spread) and standard treatments have either stopped working, or there are no standard treatments available for you.
- You must have a fresh tumor sample (biopsy) available, or be able to provide one for testing.
- You cannot have significant heart or liver disease, or a history of severe immune-related side effects from a previous cancer immunotherapy.
- You cannot have untreated or active brain metastases (cancer that has spread to the brain).
