Who can take part

  • You must be 18 to 75 years old.
  • Your cancer must be advanced and have not responded to or cannot tolerate standard treatments.
  • You need to be in good enough health to carry out daily activities (ECOG score 0 or 1).
  • You must have had no cancer treatment (chemotherapy, radiation, etc.) in the past 4 weeks.
  • You cannot have active infections like hepatitis B or C, or HIV.
  • You must agree to use effective birth control during the study and for 3 months after.
