Who can take part
- Be 18 years or older
- Have confirmed mantle cell lymphoma with a specific genetic marker (t(11;14)) or high cyclin D1
- Have relapsed or refractory disease after at least one prior systemic treatment
- Have measurable lymphoma (for example, an enlarged lymph node or spleen, or high white blood cell count)
- Have blood counts and organ function that meet lab thresholds (including enough neutrophils, platelets, and hemoglobin)
- Agree to safe pregnancy prevention/contraception rules and to follow required study monitoring and blood draws
