Who can take part

  • You must have follicular lymphoma (grade 1, 2, or 3a) or marginal zone lymphoma confirmed by a biopsy.
  • You cannot have had any prior treatment for lymphoma, such as chemotherapy or immunotherapy.
  • Your lymphoma must be causing symptoms that need treatment, like a large tumor, fevers, night sweats, weight loss, or other problems, or you must have a high FLIPI2 score.
  • You must have good organ function (kidney, liver, heart, lungs) and be willing to use birth control if needed.
  • You cannot have active hepatitis B, hepatitis C, or HIV, or have had a blood clot or stroke in the last year.
  • You must be able to take blood thinners while on the study drug lenalidomide.
