Who can take part
- You are in one of these groups: early/prodromal iNPH, age 65+ healthy control, or confirmed symptomatic iNPH (with matching age).
- You can get brain MRI (no medical reason you cannot have MRI).
- Your brain scan must show an early iNPH pattern (for example, Evans index > 0.3 and specific angle/space patterns) OR you must be a healthy control without iNPH scan findings.
- Your walking and thinking tests should fit your group: early/prodromal requires near-normal gait and specific walking speed and memory scores (MMSE ≥27 or MoCA ≥23).
- You must be willing to sign informed consent and follow study procedures (including possible lumbar puncture feasibility).
