Smart insole to detect walking changes from a spinal tap in NPH

Who can take part

  • You have at least one of these walking problems: shuffling, feeling stuck to the ground, or walking with feet wide apart
  • You had a brain MRI that showed certain enlarged fluid spaces and only mild changes in white matter
  • You can walk 10 meters (about 33 feet) on a flat surface without help from a person or walker
  • You have not had a bleed in your brain
  • You do not have serious heart, lung, stomach, or hormone problems that are not well controlled
