Who can take part
- You’re age 18 or older
- Your health/activity score is 0–1 (you’re fairly well, not very limited)
- You have muscle-invasive bladder cancer (not cancer in the kidney area) and are planning bladder-sparing treatment
- Your scan shows bladder cancer stage T2 (CT/MRI and PET/CT used to stage)
- Your biopsy biopsy tissue marker is IHC 2+ or 3+
- Key blood/organ tests look normal enough, and you haven’t had certain medicines recently
