Who can take part
- You are 18 or older and generally active (able to do light housework or desk work).
- Your bladder cancer has grown into the muscle layer but hasn't spread to lymph nodes or other organs (stage T2-T4a N0 M0).
- Your tumor cells have a protein called HER2 (tested positive for at least 1+).
- Your blood counts (red cells, white cells, platelets) and liver/kidney function are within a certain healthy range.
- You are not pregnant, and you agree to use effective birth control during treatment and for 12 months after.
