Who can take part

  • You are 18 years or older
  • You had surgery to remove a kidney and ureter for cancer in the upper urinary tract
  • Your cancer stage after surgery is pT3-pT4N0M0 or had spread to lymph nodes (pTxN+)
  • Your cancer cells tested as 1+, 2+, or 3+ for a protein called HER2
  • You cannot take cisplatin chemo because of poor kidney function, hearing loss, nerve damage, heart failure, or being frail (ECOG 2)
  • You have not had other cancer treatments before this study
