Who can take part
- You are 18 years or older.
- Your bladder cancer is muscle-invasive (stage cT2-T4a) and has not spread to lymph nodes or other organs (N0 M0).
- Your tumor has high levels of HER2 protein (IHC 2+ or 3+).
- You have had a maximal TURBT and plan to have bladder removal surgery.
- You are in good general health (able to walk and care for yourself).
- Your kidney, liver, and blood counts are within acceptable ranges.
