  • You are a cancer patient receiving care through the VA system
  • You are about to start chemotherapy (not already on it)
  • You can understand the study and sign consent
  • You have not had chemotherapy before
  • You have not had heart procedures like stents or bypass surgery in the past
  • You do not have known weak heart pumping (rest ejection fraction under 50%) and you do not have a history of organ transplant
