Who can take part
- You are age 18 or older, and can sign informed consent
- Your cancer is an unresectable advanced or metastatic solid tumor that has progressed, returned, or has no standard options
- You have at least one measurable tumor spot that can be tracked on scans (RECIST 1.1, with special rules for GBM)
- You can do daily activities fairly well (ECOG performance status 0–1) and have at least 3 months life expectancy
- Your heart pumping function is strong enough (LVEF at least 50% within 28 days) and your other organ tests are adequate
- You can provide a tumor tissue sample from a previous surgery or agree to a new biopsy (if safe for you)
