Who can take part
- You are 18 years or older and able to understand and sign consent.
- Your cancer is advanced or has spread, and it has gotten worse after standard treatment, or standard treatment isn’t available or you couldn’t tolerate it.
- You have at least one measurable tumor spot on scan.
- You have enough heart strength for study treatment (left pumping function is good, and ECG readings meet limits).
- You can provide an old tumor sample or get a new biopsy to test tumor markers, including HER3.
- You are well enough to do daily activities (ECOG performance status 0–1) and you have at least 3 months of expected life.
