Who can take part

  • You have a type of solid tumor cancer that has spread or cannot be removed, and standard treatments have stopped working.
  • You have not been treated before with a drug that targets ADAM9.
  • You have not had a type of targeted chemotherapy called an antibody-drug conjugate with a topoisomerase I inhibitor (like sacituzumab govitecan or trastuzumab deruxtecan).
  • You are willing to let doctors look at a stored tumor sample or have a new biopsy (if it is safe).
  • Your heart function (LVEF) is at least 50%, and you do not have serious heart disease or unresolved side effects from prior treatment.
