Who can take part
- You are 18 or older, and you have a diagnosis that meets WM standards
- You have not had standard WM treatment yet (or you had limited prior treatment that did not work and was stopped at least 2 weeks ago)
- You have WM symptoms that fit “indolent lymphoma” indications, such as blood thickening, nerve symptoms, amyloidosis, cold agglutinin disease, low blood counts, large lymph nodes, body “B symptoms” (fever/night sweats/weight loss), fast disease growth, or disease transformation
- Your body condition and labs are generally in a safe range (can include an ECOG score of 0–2, enough white cells/platelets, acceptable liver/kidney function)
- You must not have certain other cancers, recent serious infections, or specific brain (CNS) involvement
- You can take capsules by mouth and do not have major swallowing or gut absorption problems
