Who can take part
- Age between 18 and 75 years old
- You must be planning to have bladder removal surgery
- Your cancer has spread into the bladder muscle but not to other organs (stage T2-T4aNxM0)
- Your tumor shows some level of HER2 protein (1+ to 3+ on a test)
- You have not had chemotherapy, immunotherapy, or HER2 treatment in the past 6 months
