Who can take part
- Age 18 or older
- Cancer confirmed by biopsy in the renal pelvis or ureter (upper urinary tract)
- HER2-positive cancer (a protein marker found in your tumor tissue)
- High-risk disease with at least one feature: tumor size ≥2 cm, high-grade appearance, local invasion, fluid backup in the kidney, or multiple tumors
- No distant spread of cancer to other organs
- Good overall health (able to do light activities; ECOG score 0–1)
- Normal blood, liver, and kidney function
- Candidate for kidney-preserving treatment (due to solitary kidney, kidney disease, or personal preference)
