Who can take part
- You can understand the study and sign informed consent
- You received (within 14 days) or are planning an ABO-compatible kidney transplant (including A2 to B)
- Before the transplant, your immune “matching” tests are negative (panel reactive antibody ≤ 60% and virtual cross-match or donor-specific antibody is negative)
- You must be on three anti-rejection medicines together: tacrolimus + mycophenolate + prednisone at set minimum doses
- For women who could become pregnant: you must have a negative pregnancy test and use highly effective birth control during the study
