Who can take part

  • You are an adult who has received a kidney transplant.
  • You developed a new antibody against your donor kidney (called DSA) after transplant, but your kidney function is still stable.
  • You have not had any special treatments for this antibody yet (like IVIG, rituximab, or plasmapheresis).
  • You are willing to have a kidney biopsy to check for signs of rejection.
  • You are not pregnant, and if you could become pregnant, you must use effective birth control.
