Who can take part
- You are 13 to 18 years old
- You can agree to join (assent/consent) and a parent or guardian permission is in place if needed
- You are currently getting treatment in the Intensive Adolescent and Family DBT program
- You have your own smartphone (Android or iPhone 7 or newer)
- You can read and understand English well
- You are NOT in a higher level of care than the intensive outpatient DBT program
