Who can take part

  • You have an active bladder, testis, ureter/renal pelvis, kidney, urethra, or penis cancer (but not prostate cancer), and you’re starting treatment
  • You’re age 18 or older
  • You plan to start systemic cancer therapy (chemo, targeted therapy, anti-cancer immunotherapy), and it’s expected to last at least 8 weeks
  • You do not need blood thinners for another reason during the study (prevention or treatment dosing)
  • You can take rivaroxaban safely—no known allergy, no major drug interactions that affect rivaroxaban, and kidney function is not severely reduced
