Who can take part

  • Be 19 to 60 years old
  • Have allergic rhinitis caused by house dust mites, confirmed by allergy blood/skin testing (MAST Class 3+ or ImmunoCAP 3.5 kUA/L+)
  • Have moderate to severe persistent nasal allergy symptoms (per ARIA severity criteria)
  • For the house dust mite group, agree to use the microneedle patch and sign written informed consent
  • For the healthy control group, be free of allergic or skin diseases and agree to provide human samples
