Who can take part
- Be 18–75 years old and able to follow the study plan (consent and good compliance)
- Have advanced non-small cell lung cancer (stage IIIB/IIIC, or stage IV), not suitable for curative chemoradiation
- Cancer must have progressed after platinum-based chemotherapy and immune checkpoint immunotherapy
- Have good basic health/function scores (ECOG 0–1) and BMI at least 17
- Tumor tests must show no major “driver” gene changes like EGFR, ALK, or ROS1 fusions
- Have at least one measurable tumor spot on a scan (RECIST 1.1) and have adequate organ function
